Ideas?? + random

I think I'm going to change the name of my blog. I realized calling it "making lemonade" is kind of saying my life is so hard and stuff. My life has it's challenges but it's definitely not hard all the time. If you have any suggestions for a new name, please comment!!

I am so sorry I haven't posted since like.. um.. July. Oi. But my first semesters of school have been hard, but I really like it most days. Student Council has been pretty fun. My Christmas was so amazing, and we went to Tulum, Mexico over Christmas break!! Oh my goodness I'm in love. It was so cool and the people there were legit. It was one of the best experiences of my life. =) I really hope that I can see the world like that my whole life... Anyway, since it's 2012, one of my goals is to post more and not wait like... 7 months. Ok, I'm going to go but  I will post soon!!!

Catch-up

Since I haven't posted in FOREVER, I'm just going to do a little catch-up sorta thing...

So, school let out (hallelujah) and here is me and some of my friends on the last day of school:

It was Emily and Luke and Landon's birthdays in June:
We went to Lake Tahoe for a Caldwell family reunion:


We rented paddle boards which was so fun! (It's the one my dad is standing up on)
We went to a little ice cream shop and witnessed a car crash which was SCARY!!
Last week was my 13th birthday!!!
I was in the parade but I don't think we got a picture...
We went swimming at our grandparents' pool...
After, we went to a free Jon Shmidt (I hope I spelled that right) concert and my mom opened for him and sang the National Anthem. She. did. amazing.
Then we saw the fireworks, which were odd. Anyway, it was a great day!

And in 2 days I'm going to Girls Camp!!! I'm sooo excited!!

Student Council

So, I ran for student council a little while ago. I made a poster and said my speech on Tuesday. But, there were 26 kids running and only 3 boys and 3 girls won. During 7th hour (science), everyone who was running got called down to the office so we could find out the winners and get a cookie. :) He started reading who made it and I looked around and was like "There's no way". Then, he pointed to me and said "Rachel Caldwell". I just smiled but inside I was so excited I was screaming! :) Anyway, I was like flying the rest of the day I was so excited. Here's my poster:

Have I ever mentioned that I LOVE soccer???

Well, if I haven't, I do. My team has improved so much. We went from dead last when we first started to 3rd in our league this year. None of us have quit, and we've come so far. (actually, one girl did quit, to do volleyball) I've made such amazing friends on this team, and they're all such great people:

Playing soccer makes me happy. That's all I have to say.

I take pictures of myself... a lot

I was recently looking through some pictures and there are a lot of me (that I took myself) making weird faces. Whenever I have a camera I just take a picture of myself without even thinking....

I'm a BELIEBER

Does anyone else have the Bieber Fever??? I DO!!!!!

Last weekend, me and a bunch of my friends went and saw Never Say Never--best movie EVER!!! My friends and I were freaking out because he is so hot!!! At the end of the movie, Justin was singing "Baby" and every girl in the theater ran up to the front and we were all dancing and singing and screaming. It was a blast!!! The movie was so good, me and my friends are going to see it again this weekend!!!!
