I found out why I was sick on the first day (and the day after that and the day after that). I am lactose intolerant. I'm really bummed out about it. That is all I have to say.
So sorry Rachel! I have totally been there before. Someday, if you are in for a laugh, I will tell you the story of when I discovered I was lactose intolerant. It involves a pint of chunky monkey and EFY.
I hope you grow out of it someday. In the meantime, you can learn to like soy milk. :) If you ever want to talk, please call! Otherwise, I will see you when those babies come home. I hope I can come help out.
